AI and the epidemic of loneliness
Unlike psychotherapists, we haven’t really learned how to work with emotions in ourselves or others. What can we take from their professional practice into our own relationships without lengthy study? How can emotional first aid truly support our loved ones in difficult moments? And how can we open tough conversations without hurting others more than necessary?
Who is Eliška Remešová?
Eliška Remešová is a psychologist, psychotherapist, and lecturer with an interest in the psychology of love and modern forms of romantic relationships. In her private psychotherapeutic practice, she focuses on couples who want to improve their relationship. She draws on comprehensive psychotherapeutic training in SFBT, complete crisis intervention, ongoing ICEEFT training for couples, and many other completed courses. For over fourteen years, she has been lecturing, facilitating, and leading workshops in companies and nonprofit organizations. She develops leaders and their teams in relational intelligence, including relational safety, authentic leadership, and emotional intelligence. She is also a lecturer in applied improvisation, which offers a path to freedom toward the authentic self and effective, equal collaboration with others. In 2021, she co-published a therapeutic journal for women called Duše na místě, and a year later, she founded the MEZILIDMI institute for interpersonal relationships.
On social media, she shares that #loveisaskill and educates the general public on how to care for themselves and their relationships.
