KICK-OFF / inspiration: Leadership in the age of AI, technology trends and building a digital mindset.
How is the role of a leader changing in the age of artificial intelligence? In the introductory module, we’ll explore the technology trends shaping the future of work and teach you how to distinguish real opportunities from mere hype. You’ll gain tools for building a digital mindset – adaptability, experimentation, and working with change.
team and organization: leading teams, digital culture, data governance, and secure collaboration
We move from the individual to the team and the entire organization. How to lead people through digital transformation? How to build a culture where decisions are data-driven? This module covers corporate data governance strategy, effective collaboration in hybrid environments, and protecting company know-how when working with AI tools.
SOCIETY: social impact of technology, ethics, bias, and digital responsibility
The final module places digital skills in a broader context. How do technologies affect the labor market and society? How does bias arise in algorithms and how can it be prevented? We will cover ethics in the digital space, critical thinking when working with AI, and responsibility for our digital footprint – including protecting family privacy.
