AI and the epidemic of loneliness
This talk will explore why it makes sense to address something as intangible as the feeling of happiness in the workplace. You will learn how leaders’ perspectives on corporate culture have evolved over time. There will also be space to reflect on how the world of work (and happiness within it) might develop in the coming years.
Who is Michal Šrajer
Michal Šrajer studied mathematics and physics and co-founded the Inmite studio sixteen years ago. It quickly became a leader in smartphone app development in the Czech Republic. There, Michal became the first Czech "Chief Happiness Officer" and set out to discover how to build successful companies where people feel great. Nine years ago, after an acquisition, Inmite became part of the global Avast. However, Michal’s role as CHO and his mission remained. After a year-long family trip around the world, where he drew inspiration from many great companies, he returned to the Czech Republic and co-founded the international conference Happiness@Work Live!, which recently became part of Red Button. In the meantime, Michal also co-founded several tech startups and recently launched the CEO Community, creating a space for leaders to meet, support each other, and grow.
