Who is Roman Slivka?

Roman Slivka has been navigating the sea of projects for over thirty years and still loves it. Just as he enjoys returning to the sea, he simply has the sea’s project blood flowing through his veins. He gladly shares insights, experiences, and mistakes he has made during his "voyages."

"Managing a project or being a captain on a yacht is very similar. Lots of routine, hard work, and responsibility. A boat has no brakes; it can’t stop in place. If you’re not clear about where you’re heading, believe me, sooner or later you’ll run aground. If you forget to watch the weather, you’ll soon be shivering and soaked to the bone. If you stop paying attention to how the crew feels, a mutiny awaits. Being the captain of a project or a yacht is a responsibility, especially for those sailing with you," shares Roman Slivka’s perspective on projects.
