Lukáš Bakoš

Lukáš Bakoš is the face of the independent company Maxman Consultants, where people collectively set salaries and distribute bonuses. He studied psychology at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, completed postgraduate studies at UC Sydney in Australia, and earned a PhD at the Faculty of Management, Charles University. Besides his work at Maxman, he teaches psychology and management students at several departments of Comenius University.
