Lukáš Bakoš

Lukáš Bakoš is the face of the independent company Maxman Consultants, where people collectively set salaries and distribute bonuses. He advocates for non-hierarchical agile operations and “teal” organizations. He studied psychology at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, completed postgraduate studies at UC Sydney in Australia, and earned a PhD at the Faculty of Management, Charles University. Besides his work at Maxman, he teaches psychology and management students at several departments of Comenius University.
