On the purpose of business, philanthropy, and responsibility for today’s world
In this module, you will ground yourself in who you are and what you stand for. You will focus on inner stability that doesn’t depend on external recognition or performance.
What you will learn:
- Perceiving the body as an anchor: How to find a solid point within yourself even when everything around is falling apart.
- Clarifying your values: What truly matters to you in life and how to make decisions accordingly.
- Alignment of words and actions: How to live in a way that allows you to look yourself in the eye every evening and feel in harmony with yourself.
- Authentic leadership: How to lead others from a place of inner confidence, not from a mask of strength.
What it will bring you:
- You will gain inner peace and stability regardless of external circumstances.
- You will come across as trustworthy to your team and family.
- The feeling that you have to push yourself will decrease – you will start acting in alignment with yourself.
