Svatava Poulson

She graduated from FTVS UK Prague, specializing in TV for the disabled. After nearly 20 years in a corporation, she has now been working for 5 years at Nadace Sirius, currently as the operations director of the Patron dětí project. She strives to help children who have not been lucky in life.

Karin Pospíšilová

Founder and long-time executive director of the Lékořice association, which won the Nonprofit of the Year award in 2013. Since 2015, director of the private charity organization Zlatá rybka, which fulfills wishes for children with serious, life-threatening illnesses. She believes in the power of wishes. She is deeply pleased when fulfilling wishes helps activate the inner resources of children undergoing treatment.

Čestmír Horký

He graduated from the University of Hradec Králové in social policy and social work. He has served as director of the Nadační fond pomoci since 2013. Since 2019, he has focused fully on developing the znesnáze21 donor platform, which enables the rapid creation of verified collections for people in difficult life situations. He co-founded and led the public benefit company Aufori for several years, whose central themes are education, poverty, and work in the client’s natural environment. He now works there as a consultant. He is married and has two children.
