Interns are no longer just there to make coffee and organize binders. Their work can be highly productive if managed properly and carefully selected. And not just because of low costs, but especially because of their talent and innovative thinking.

Who is Tomáš Hülle?

Tomáš is the founder of the European Centre for Career Education (ECCEDU) and Xflow.cz. His goal is to make education relevant and impactful by directly involving leading companies and institutions. Tomáš previously worked as director of the investment company First Eastern, consultant for the Chinese law firm Co-Effort, and founded the educational project Prague Summer School on International Business Transactions. Additionally, he has worked for several of the world’s top law firms and was responsible for legal topics at the newspaper Hospodářské noviny and the weekly Ekonom. Tomáš has also contributed to two United Nations expert groups (UNCITRAL) and is a guest lecturer at the Institute of Economic Studies at FSV UK. Beyond the Czech Republic, he has been invited to lecture at Oxford University and the London School of Economics (UK), Arizona State University, George Washington University, John Marshall Law School (USA), and many other prestigious universities worldwide, especially in China – Beijing University and Tsinghua University.
