Interns are no longer just there to make coffee and organize binders. Their work can be highly productive if managed properly and carefully selected. And not just because of low costs, but especially because of their talent and innovative thinking.

This episode is intended for anyone planning to work with the younger generation. For HR and marketing managers, it’s "must-read" material; for others, we recommend it when you’re onboarding your first intern.
