She helps individuals, couples, and companies find authenticity and vitality in relationships – at work, at home, and in everyday life. She believes that developing relationships has a broad impact on the quality of our lives.
She is the founder of the MEZILIDMI Institute and co-author of the Therapeutic journal Duše na místě. She also leads team workshops and courses for companies. She lectures on relational intelligence and emotions.
Jan Mašek
Jan Mašek is the founder of the Red Button network. He chose innovation as a means to develop courage, national pride, and cultivate society as a whole. He worked at 3M as an innovation leader, where he learned to connect and borrow various functional models from one business to another. He built bridges between 3M, other companies, and institutions to jointly seek win-win solutions.
He enjoys creating networks that enable shortcuts needed to accelerate ideas or business development in today’s fast-paced world. He likes to explore and learn from fields outside the usual framework or bubble. He enjoys helping people use their gifts to the fullest and co-create with others who share their values and aren’t afraid to say “I don’t know.”
