Venki Raman: The energy of a leader in times of rapid change
Come listen to Martin talk about why they shifted from purely team-based OKRs to cross-functional teams. Many OKR implementations suffer from similar issues that Safetica addressed with this change, so you can get some inspiration.
Why watch the episode?
- You’ll see two specific company OKRs, including an analysis of why they are structured that way
- Martin will reveal advice from renowned consultant Bel Lamorte, to whom they showed their implementation
- If you’re interested in how to break down corporate strategy for individual teams, Martin will guide you on what path to take and what to avoid
