Tomáš Honěk

Tomáš Honěk has been with Česká Spořitelna since the start of its agile transformation in 2018. Among other things, he was responsible for designing and launching the new organization. He now leads the Quarterly Business Review, which helps deliver the highest value to clients. Clear bank goals give agile teams the freedom to decide how to achieve them. At the sister company Slovenská Sporiteľňa, he led the digitization of the branch network and previously worked at the consulting firm McKinsey.
