Lenka Pincot focuses on organizational transformations and managing complex changes. Throughout her career, she has worked across various industries in both Czech and international environments. 

As a graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, she leverages her knowledge of information technology and business experience to help connect company strategies with the use of technology and digitalization. 

Lenka serves as vice president for programs at the Czech chapter of the Project Management Institute and has experience in project management as well as agile product development.
