Recording of the live stream January 27, 2021

We continue from the previous episode, where we interviewed the CEOs of two Czech companies and both agreed that for a successful agile transformation, it is crucial to have someone in the company besides them who shapes the company culture in the right direction every day.

What will you take away from the episode?

  • How the ladies from HR, who co-create the foundation for agile culture growth, think and what they believe in.
  • What works and what doesn’t for them, and which mechanisms lead to changes in collective attitudes, beliefs, and habits.
  • How to build an agile culture even if you’re not currently in a CxO position.

Who are the guests?

Eva Jedličková

Eva Jedličková is a professional coach and learning designer, working since August 2020 as Learning and Development Manager at Rohlik.cz. She has supported people in companies undergoing change for over 15 years. She first encountered what’s behind the term “agile way of working” at Česká spořitelna. According to her, it’s essentially the application of coaching principles and methods in a corporate context. At ČS, she had the opportunity to create the foundations of an agile consultancy, was responsible for the agile academy for coaches and product owners, and helped chapter leads gain competencies for developing crafts and people. Now at Rohlik, she’s involved in spreading the agile way of working and strengthening the culture in line with agile principles.

Katarína Reisenbuchlerová

Katarína Reisenbuchlerová loves what she does and does it with incredible enthusiasm. She has worked in several multinational companies in various roles. She doesn’t want to be a manager but prefers to do things the way she believes in. As an HR professional at Tatra banka, she built a strong personal brand that allows her to contribute to the bank’s strategic direction in key HR areas. She enjoys being involved beyond her agenda and connecting the unconnectable. Her main focus is working with company culture, engagement, and strategic development. She is the creator of several interesting projects that attract people, which is why her outputs are often unique and timeless. She doesn’t consider herself to work in a fully agile way. She avoids trends and following a single stream but champions simplicity and enthusiasm.
