Who are the guests?
Pavel Humpolec
Pavel Humpolec manages IT projects across various industries and company sizes. With over 10 years of practical experience and certifications in project management and agile methodologies, he strives to uncover universal principles in project management and build long-term effective teams. He supports less experienced colleagues through tailored training and personal mentoring. He is a fan of human-centrism, an enthusiastic hobby runner with a stroller, and an amateur self-organization optimizer.
Petr Janiš
Petr Janiš is a trained lawyer, but more than conservative law, he’s passionate about new trends and challenges. After school, he focused on managing technological and organizational change projects. After a few trial-and-error projects, he began exploring best practices in the field, lecturing on project management, and co-founding the Czech chapter of the Project Management Institute with like-minded enthusiasts.
In 2011, Petr founded the Projectman platform, where he shares his know-how and builds a marketplace for project management services. Today, Projectman is the largest specialized project management company in the Czech Republic, with more than 200 completed projects.
Petr is an avid outdoor sportsman and an Argentine tango dancer.
