Who is Andrea Kilingerová?
Andrea Kilingerová is a manager with 20 years of experience working in telecommunications across various management levels and roles, from product management to segment leadership. She is also an avid reader, especially of horror books and thrillers, a big fan of the Marvel universe, the Star Wars series, LOTR, and Harry Potter :-) . She is a mother of two teenagers and one furry friend. She describes herself as someone who believes in happy endings and in the people around her, their great energy, and collaboration. She applies this mindset in her work, striving to lead her team as a positive leader and constantly seeking new challenges not only for herself but also for her team, because she believes this is the way to keep people passionate about their work.
Who is Pavel Vávra?
Pavel Vávra has worked for over ten years in software design, development, and management in media companies and for nearly 14 years in telecommunications in various expert and managerial roles. His motto is: “Everything can be solved, and everything goes better with a smile.” Pavel supports his team in innovation, adopting new technologies, continuous improvement, collaboration, and education. In his free time, you might find him cycling, playing badminton, enjoying laser tag with his kids, or walking in the forest.
