Hana Jadavan

Hana Jadavan calls herself an Agilefluencer. She believes that companies should treat adults like adults and that we can only reach our full potential if we have the freedom to make independent decisions, work on things that truly matter to us, and have opportunities for broad personal growth. Her personal mission is to support the development of self-organized teams and foster freedom and happiness at work. She most often shares her knowledge and practical experience through training and mentoring in agility, modern leadership, and self-development. She is also a co-founder of the #CzechAgile community, whose mission is to bring agility back to companies by shifting focus from processes to agile values and principles. In her free time, she writes reviews of training and self-development books on Instagram.

Petr Novotný

Petr Novotný is an agile coach who contributed to the agile transformation at ING in the Netherlands, served as lead coach for the transformation of the OHRA insurance company, created and led the agile coaches community at Česká spořitelna, where he played a key role in managing and shaping the content of the agile transformation. Petr believes that a good transformation coach should not accept every assignment. He sees agility not as dogma but as a way to be more flexible in the market and to have happier, and thus more effective, employees. Petr is also CEO and founder of Agile academy, an educational agency focused on agile training and workshops, a member of the #CzechAgile committee, and co-organizer of Agile Coach Camp CZ.
