AI and the epidemic of loneliness
Although the world has changed dramatically over at least the last 5,000 years, the human species remains essentially the same.
However, we have one advantage. Our minds are incredibly flexible, and thanks to our ability to learn, we can adapt to changes in our environment. While it used to be mainly about acquiring knowledge and skills, recent years have emphasized learning new areas—sorting information, evaluating it, communication, and collaboration. But to grow in these areas, we first need to clear our minds.
