Who is Lenka Füzy?

Lenka Füzy has been dedicated to project and process management for more than two decades. She got into projects thanks to SixSigma Green and Black Belts, where delivering a project with a prescribed project management framework was essential for certification. Since then, she has successfully combined both areas as a practicing project manager, mentor, and trainer. She enjoys new challenges and ‘fixing’ what’s broken the most – whether it’s projects in less than ideal shape, design or process optimization, and generally everything new and untested.

She is an athlete in body and soul and a fairly recent breeder of Spanish greyhounds.
