The show is designed for those who need project managers to achieve their goals as well as for those who are already involved in Project Management and want to become even more successful. The show offers inspiration, practical advice, and personal opinions and experiences from guests. What distinguishes successful projects from unsuccessful ones? What key skills should a project manager have and how can they be developed? What should be expected from project managers and what conditions are essential to create for them? And what tools can be used to ensure your projects regularly end in success?

We start broadly, but each episode focuses in detail on one area or tool. It will be presented by a guest who is a recognized expert in the field, able to engagingly explain the essence of the issue and share their own experiences and unconventional approaches. More extensive information on the topic can always be found in an article published on the Czech Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI) website. You will also have the opportunity to ask your own questions during an informal discussion with our moderator and guest, which will take place online roughly one week after the episode airs.

The show is prepared by PMI members who are at the forefront of new trends and are happy to share their experiences with you. Petr Janiš and Roman Slivka assist with topic selection, and Jan Skotnica handles the show’s production.
