With precise key results, we can evaluate strategies based on hard data, not on the “highest paid person's opinion” (HIPPO). By acknowledging failure and cleverly breaking down strategy into smaller experiments measured by KRs, we can achieve what we call “business agility”: In short iterations, we’ll be able to discover what brings value and what doesn’t. We can quickly learn and adapt to conditions and customers.‍
