As a motivator and interpersonal skills trainer, she realized that people are great and that every person has a unique story. As a coach for athletes, she believes that success is a reflection of our mindset, imagination, and hard work. Her main motto: “Small things don’t mean much, they mean everything.”

So he moved into a sales company and worked his way up from sales representative, sales manager, and key account manager to HR manager responsible for development. That’s when he got passionate about coaching. Today, that’s been over twenty years ago :-).
In the meantime, he led two consulting and training companies and worked on many projects for corporate clients as well as outside the corporate world, for example in sports, education, and the nonprofit sector. Development and coaching have remained his lifelong passion.
