In previous episodes, we explored our potential, our own definition of success, and how to handle mistakes when they happen. The next step is learning how to deal with criticism, both from others and especially the little critic inside our heads. So how do we best handle criticism from other people, and who actually has the right to criticize us? And how do we start communicating with that inner critic?

Why watch this episode?

What will you take away?

  • We’ll look together at how to work with criticism, which inevitably comes sooner or later.
  • We’ll find out who actually has the right to criticize us.
  • We’ll show what the first step is in communicating with your inner critic.
