czeXperiment – a lab where Czechia examines itself
In previous episodes, we explored our potential, our own definition of success, and how to handle mistakes when they happen. The next step is learning how to deal with criticism, both from others and especially the little critic inside our heads. So how do we best handle criticism from other people, and who actually has the right to criticize us? And how do we start communicating with that inner critic?
Why watch this episode?
- Criticism has always existed and will continue to, and those who don’t learn to work with it will be eaten alive by it. In this episode, you’ll get an introduction to seeing criticism from a different perspective and where to start if you want to minimize its impact as much as possible.
What will you take away?
- We’ll look together at how to work with criticism, which inevitably comes sooner or later.
- We’ll find out who actually has the right to criticize us.
- We’ll show what the first step is in communicating with your inner critic.
