Who is Luboš Malý?
I’m happy when a company runs like Swiss clockwork. That’s why I seek balance between processes, technologies, and above all, people. A culture where work is enjoyable and continuously improving enables innovation and daily learning. I’ve held various roles at Procter & Gamble and LEGO – from manufacturing operations through management and consulting to leading global transformation projects. I enjoy connecting different fields, the worlds of startups, nonprofits, and universities, and last but not least, the cultures I’ve had the chance to experience. I believe that through company environments, society as a whole can be improved. That’s why I co-create the Red Button network and contribute to its internal operations as well as its products and projects. I appreciate informal address, openness, giving more than taking, humility, humanity, and humor in all forms. I support Zero Waste and expert volunteering.
Who is Lenka Vašková?
I’m Lenka. Mom to Ondra and Jáchym. I’ve spent over 14 years in the corporate world, holding various roles within L&D. I’m skilled in designing development program concepts. I was involved in launching projects for managers, talents, and university graduates. I helped bring coaching and mentoring processes into practice and breathed life into self-development groups. I love PEOPLE. I enjoy sensing them, observing, asking questions, connecting. Together, we search for meaning and value. I love the holistic approach to the individual. I studied traditional Chinese medicine. I enjoy working with people and guiding them on their journeys. I love their transformations, even the smallest changes they make that lead to big things. I enjoy reconnecting body, mind, and soul. And I take joy in those transformations! At Red Button EDU, I guide rebels as the Keyholder through the ReBeLeader program. I enjoy the EDU People Care role and everything related to our internal team. If your company buys a license for our platform, I support EDU Heroes, our L&D partners in companies. Last but not least, I’m still involved in development programs and learning paths because I find them endlessly exciting!
Who is Pavel Kroupa?
Worker, educator, chemist, facilitator, project manager, Scrum Master, independent consultant, leadership team member. Twenty years of experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma philosophy; ten years in Learning and Development; three years in innovation. He has worked in small companies, state enterprises, and corporations both domestically and abroad. Pavel is a renaissance man with expertise across many fields, able to combine and leverage his knowledge and experience as needed. However, the most important thing for Pavel has always been and remains the person – whether customer or colleague, human needs always come first for him.
