If you are interested in corporate learning or are responsible for it in your company, this episode is just for you.

Who is Luboš Malý?

Luboš enjoys when a company runs like Swiss clockwork. That’s why he seeks a balance between processes, technologies, and especially people. A culture where it’s great to work and constantly improve enables innovation and daily learning. He has held various roles at Procter & Gamble and LEGO – from manufacturing operations, through management and consulting positions, to leading global transformation projects. He likes connecting different fields, the worlds of startups, nonprofits, and universities, and last but not least, the cultures he has had the chance to encounter.

He believes that through company environments, it’s possible to improve society as a whole. That’s why he co-creates the RedButton network and contributes both to its internal operations and its products and projects. He appreciates informal address, openness, giving more than taking, modesty, humanity, and humor in all forms. He supports ZeroWaste and expert volunteering.
