Since I combine effective elements from various psychological approaches and use psychological insights and skills to appropriately individualize my methods, I represent psychological coaching. I also teach coaching didactically. I wrote the book Fairy Tale of the Lost Landscape about self-coaching psychology. Besides coaching, I have completed various psychotherapeutic trainings and have psychotherapeutic practice focused mainly on crisis interventions. One of my strongest qualities is the ability to inspire people toward personal growth.

Teacher: Luboš Malý

Networking and Decentralization

One foot is in a large company (The LEGO Group), where he works on developing technologies that will one day produce the toys of the future. With the other, he co-creates the Red Button network, where people meet, collaborate, develop each other, and advance activities in Czech and Slovak companies.

In both environments, he focuses on enabling people to collaborate effectively and humanely, whether in one place or on the other side of the planet. He is always looking for ways to transform systems into ecosystems, organizations into organisms, employees into entrepreneurs, and hierarchies into communities.

Student: Jan Mašek

Jan Mašek says about his teachers: “Ján is a great teacher for me. I would really like to offer our conversations about innovation, entrepreneurship, and the new world, as well as Ján’s ideas, to other people too. I believe they will inspire not only me. Radvan helps me look at things calmly and through the eyes of a coach. And I have often said that Luboš is my great teacher. His perspectives on the functioning of decentralized organizations and ecosystems continue to inspire me even after all these years we have known each other.
