Lukáš Bakoš: Should we learn from machines?
What do they personally understand by the term agile company? How do they view it and where do they see its benefits? What has adopting Agile brought them? On the other hand, have they lost anything? How do they perceive their role as CEOs in the agile transformation? What would they personally do differently in hindsight? We will discuss all this with Tomáš Salomon (CEO of Česká spořitelna), Jan Juchelka (CEO of Komerční banka), and Martin Palička (CEO of Etnetera Group).
