Who are the guests?

Lukáš Putna

Lukáš Putna is the CTO of Heureka. He joined the leadership team in July 2017. He came to the company from a similar role at Seznam. Since the start of his tenure, Lukáš has been working to align the technological direction with Heureka’s product vision. He is a strong advocate of agile methodologies with a strong emphasis on autonomous development teams. This is supported by a joint strategy with the product department that leaves most decisions to them.

Lukáš’s biggest passions are family activities, traveling, and discovering good food and drink. He appreciates quality beer and can talk about it for hours. He relaxes cooking at home but also enjoys visiting renowned bistros for something unconventional. He balances it all with sports—cycling or working out at the gym.

Andrea Šustrová

Andrea Šustrová ensures that OKRs work smoothly at Kokoza and that teams maintain a regular rhythm that keeps them aligned on where to focus. She helps colleagues keep the process running, coordinates team meetings, and links goals to strategy. She works to make OKRs a natural part of the team, making both team and individual work more effective and clear.

Her main focus, however, is on processing organic waste and composting in companies, food service operations, or apartment buildings, where she seeks suitable solutions for sustainable projects and facilities. You might also meet her at webinars or workshops she leads, such as a workshop on making vermicomposters. She enjoys bringing new ideas and showing people that composting belongs in the city and makes sense!
