Why watch the episode?
- We’ll go through the basic “outline” for planning any project.
- Using real-life examples, we’ll show that an outline is just an outline and not every project requires planning every detail. And it won’t be boring software integrations – we’re planning a WEDDING!
- The examples will also demonstrate how planned activities can help with the unplanned ones.
What will you take away?
- 10 areas every project should plan for, even if they don’t actually plan them.
- How to handle unexpected crises in a project using prepared plans.
- How the plan evolves with the project and adapts to new discoveries and challenges.
Who are the guests?
Lenka Füzy
Lenka Füzy has been dedicated to project and process management for more than two decades. She got into projects through SixSigma Green and Black Belt certifications, where delivering a project with a prescribed project management framework was essential for certification. Since then, she has successfully combined both areas as a practicing project manager, mentor, and trainer. She enjoys new challenges and ‘fixing’ broken things the most – whether it’s projects in less than ideal condition, process design or optimization, or generally anything new and untested.
She is an athlete in body and soul and a fairly recent breeder of Spanish greyhounds.
Pavel Humpolec
Pavel Humpolec manages IT projects across various industries and company sizes. With over 10 years of practical experience and certifications in project management and agile methodologies, he aims to uncover universal principles in project management and build long-term effective teams. He supports less experienced colleagues through tailored training or personal mentoring. He is a fan of human-centrism, an enthusiastic hobby runner with a stroller, and an amateur self-organization optimizer.
