Sometimes we are even responsible for making sure someone else finds time for their self-development. Colleagues, teams, entire companies. What is the best way to support them? Without time, there is no learning, and without learning, there is no long-term competitiveness. Join us to share best practices.

The webinar will be led by Lenka, Filip, and Pavel.

The event took place on the ZOOM platform.

Who is Lenka Vašková?

I’m Lenka. Mom to Ondra and Jáchym. I’ve spent over 14 years in the corporate world, holding various roles within L&D. I’m skilled in designing development program concepts. I was involved in launching projects for managers, talents, and university graduates. I helped implement coaching and mentoring processes and brought self-development groups to life. I’m passionate about PEOPLE. I enjoy tuning into them. Observing. Asking questions. Connecting. Together, we search for meaning. Value. The person themselves. I appreciate a holistic approach to the individual. I studied traditional Chinese medicine, which fascinates me. I love working with people and guiding them on their journey. I enjoy witnessing their transformations. Even the smallest changes they make themselves, which mean big things, excite me. I’m passionate about reconnecting body and mind (and soul). And I take joy in those transformations! At Red Button EDU, I guide as the Keyholder of rebels through the ReBeLeader program. Last but not least, I’m still involved in development programs and learning paths because I find that endlessly inspiring!

Who is Filip Hájek?

Filip enjoys connecting seemingly unrelated things and seeks inspiration across disciplines. This is reflected in his diverse career path, which has ranged from Recruitment and Business Development, through Product Management and leading a 70-person Software House, to corporate Agile Coaching and finally the domain of Learning & Development. His lifelong passion is pushing the boundaries of human knowledge and potential. After studying IT, he decided to continue with Philosophy, focusing mainly on Ethics and Consciousness. He now applies this mix in exploring the mysteries of Artificial Intelligence, primarily Machine Learning. Filip is pretty much everything except a narrowly specialized expert. In his free time, he pursues permaculture, biohacking, psychology and religiosity studies, mentors young adults, and spends time with his family.

Who is Pavel Kroupa?

Worker, educator, chemist, facilitator, project manager, manager, Scrum Master, independent consultant, leadership team member. Twenty years of experience with Lean philosophy, Kaizen, Six Sigma; ten years in Learning and Development; three years in innovation. He has worked in small companies, state enterprises, and corporations both domestically and abroad. Pavel is a renaissance man with expertise across many fields, able to combine and leverage his knowledge and experience as needed. However, the most important thing for Pavel has always been and remains the human being—whether customer or colleague, human needs always come first for him.
