Marek is an advocate of agile methodologies. That’s why he helped introduce OKR-based management at Heureka instead of rigid roadmaps. Rather than big projects, he promotes step-by-step product development with ongoing validation to ensure changes make sense and bring value to customers. Marek spends most of his free time with his family, going on nature trips with his three children, cycling, and skiing together in winter. Besides online, he enjoys technology in general, as well as engineering, cars, and motorsport.
