Venki Raman: The energy of a leader in times of rapid change
If we want to quickly respond to changing market demands, simply reorganizing the company is not enough. We often encounter bottlenecks in companies in the form of testing environments and a complex release process that doesn’t allow small and frequent deliveries to reach production. Teams then lose motivation to complete something within one Sprint when it only reaches the testing environment after a month. Additionally, many IT systems are written in outdated technologies, burdened by long-term accumulation of “technical debt.”
Why should you watch this episode?
- You will get acquainted with trends in CI/CD
- You will learn how to ensure sufficient investment of time and money for upgrading environments, tools, and automation
- You will find out how to eliminate technical debt as a drag on agility
