Who is the host?
Zdenka Studená
Zdenka Studená, managing partner at Flexjobs Consulting. HR director in a brewing group, expert in strategic HR, performance management, and corporate values. In 2015, together with Jana, she founded Flexjobs with a vision of a flexible work culture, which she develops to increase both company efficiency and people’s quality of life. She sets HR strategies and processes for clients using work flexibility and is the lead methodologist and author of many trainings. She leads change projects aimed at transforming companies.
Who are the guests?
Regina Kluchová
Regina Kluchová, Chief of People at Bonami. Her passion is people and their careers. In the past, she successfully built HR departments in small and medium-sized companies and also helped several corporations establish their international centers. Thanks to experience in both corporate and scale-up environments, she is able to help implement the best solutions tailored to each company’s culture and overall direction. She enjoys change projects, implementing innovations, talent management, and mentoring.
Jana Špačková
Jana Špačková, partner at Flexjobs Consulting. Since 2015, she has been fully dedicated to work flexibility and helping organizations develop a flex culture. Previously, she worked as European director of business development at Molson Coors Brewing Company, managing teams and projects in CEE and the UK. As she says herself: “Building trust and achieving results in a remote environment requires a new system and new skills. The most common mistake is that people associate flexibility at work with chaos. We set rules so that flexible work is as effective as possible and brings both joy and results.”
