In his lecture, Radvan first introduced the basic human emotions (and the significant imbalance in terms of their positivity), and then offered us ten positive emotions that we can cultivate in our lives to let their beneficial effects influence us. There was also a very energetic discussion with great questions from the audience.

Who is Radvan Bahbouh?

Radvan Bahbouh is a psychologist, coach, therapist, writer, founder of QED GROUP, graduate of four universities, a person who wants to learn something new every year – and on top of that, as if by the way, a husband and father of four children. If you wonder how he managed to fit it all in, you’re not alone.

You probably know him mainly through his creative work. Besides many scientific articles and publishing on the Psychologie.cz portal, Radvan Bahbouh wrote the books Pohádka o ztracené krajině and O všímavé Ele, which focus on psychological coaching and mindfulness. He also appears in the media; for example, Radvan Bahbouh gave a DVTV interview about happiness. He is the author of the sociomapování and 4Elements methods and has logged more than 10,000 hours of coaching.
