Who is Jiří Halousek?

Jiří Halousek leads and co-owns the Brno-based software company IRESOFT. They operate by trying to help those who care for other people (they develop software for senior homes, etc.) and also create the ALVENO attendance systems. His big passion, which he enjoys and has been dedicated to for a long time, is company culture built on values and principles of freedom, managing the company through circles, agile approaches, and so on.
