Who are the guests?

Petr Skondrojanis

Petr Skondrojanis has been working in HR for over 20 years. Throughout his career, he has always worked on the supplier side and has been interested in three things: a) the meaning of what he does, b) mutual respect, and c) professionalism. He describes himself as a humanocentrist because he works for people. People, their needs, perceptions, and relationships are at the forefront of everything he does. He says: "We all have strengths and weaknesses, we all make mistakes, and each of us is unique—and that diversity is what makes what I do so interesting."

Currently, he spends most of his time on corporate cultures and enjoys meeting many great companies and talented people eager to create added value in their work. The world is more okay than it seems at first glance. And behind the wheel of a 50-year-old Austin Mini Cooper, even a traffic jam is an experience for him.

Tomáš Uhrecký

Tomáš Uhrecký is a regional manager at NN. His entire career has been in sales. He has held managerial positions for over 8 years. He started leading a small team of salespeople at an insurance company and now oversees the Plzeň region. Outside NN, he has worked at O2, AXA, and Centropol. His passion is leading people and sharing know-how. He sees his mission as helping people grow, which in turn allows him to grow as well. He considers insurance a very promising field where it quickly becomes clear whether you are good or just say you are.

Tomáš is also studying public health at the 3rd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, and integrates his insights into his managerial work.

Tomáš’s leadership is based on strengths; he strives to build a team founded on trust. He manages his team through relationships and trust. Insurance adds another dimension, connecting it with healthcare and thus giving clients and advisors the context to understand why.

Radek Majer

Radek Majer founded his company TTC Teleport in 2015. He now leads a team of 21 people who operate with complete transparency and provide data center services in a way that is very different from the market norm. An open business model and services tailored to specific customers, emphasis on ecology, sustainability, and a free organizational structure are reasons why TTC Teleport is among the most interesting technology companies in the Czech Republic.

Radek has always been guided by technical skills and pragmatism but found his calling in changing old and established procedures and approaches. He says he is terrified by the idea of doing the same things over and over that someone else invented and uses. He changes things around him so they make sense to him and his colleagues. Perhaps that’s why he compares tasks and daily activities at TTC Teleport to imaginary balloons that everyone pulls down each morning when they arrive at work to choose who they will be that day—an electrician or support.
