H^T: Humanity in an exponential world

Most corporate AI projects fail to deliver measurable results, and it’s rarely the technology’s fault. A new tool won’t fix how a team operates; it only amplifies what’s already there: it pushes well-functioning people forward and magnifies the confusion just the same. We’ll look at exponential technologies from the human perspective and show you what to set up for yourself and your team before reaching for another tool.

What you will take away:

• AI projects fail because of people and processes, not technology – a new tool won’t save a team that already has dysfunctional operations; it will only highlight what’s there (both good and bad).
• Before reaching for another tool, you need to get your own and your team’s operations in order first – that means doing your “homework” on the human/process level so exponential technologies have a foundation to build on.
