Guests

Barbora Janečková

A clinical psychologist and psychotherapist working mainly with adult clients. She supports her clients in finding their own path to a full life that is good not only for them but also for those around them. She believes the most important condition for change in therapy is deep human connection.

She dedicates part of her energy to developing biosynthetic psychotherapy and the institute that teaches this method.

Her passion is the Social Clinic, which she co-founded. It is based on the concept of heartfelt service for those in difficult situations.

Jan Benda

A psychologist, psychotherapist, trainer, and coach who describes himself as: "Truthfulness, courage, belonging, freedom. Values that guide me through life."

He lived as a laborer in Florida, as a monk in the jungle of Sri Lanka. He worked with the dying. Held their hands. Watched them cry or find peace. He encountered the suffering of others and also experienced his own. This brought him strength and humility (although, by his own words, there was more of the latter).

Today, he works with companies, managers, leaders, patients, and seekers.

Martin Ruman

Since 2003, he has been focused on education and development of people in business. He leads the agency Odyssey on a mission for more meaningful work with people in companies. Together with colleagues, he develops an interdisciplinary “Fit For Business” approach to tuning long-term sustainable performance.

His topic is energy – how we manage it in ourselves, our teams, and company culture. How we can align the ever-increasing pressure to perform with the natural functioning of human and social systems. How to smartly develop potential. How to burn bright without burning out.

As part of mutual awareness, he also creates waves of inter-company experience sharing in the Czech HR pond through the semi-punk Movement zaHRádkáři.
