Dita Přikrylová

A data analyst who "teaches other girls to code." Táňa le Moigne, head of Google Czechia, called her one of the most interesting Czech digital women.

Dita Přikrylová is the founder and main face of the Czechitas movement, which aims to show girls and women in Czechia that IT is not just a world for men. Přikrylová breaks down barriers and stereotypes through courses teaching the basics of programming, web development, data analysis, or mobile app development. For graduates interested in starting a career in IT, Czechitas also helps them find junior positions.

Tomáš Hruda

Graduate of economics and international relations at FSV UK. He has worked as head of CzechInvest, the Central European Institute of Technology CEITEC, and as deputy minister of education for research and higher education. He continues to focus on education after parental leave and is co-founder of the EDUCATION REPUBLIC project.

He is an advocate for education driven by curiosity rather than inertia or the need to meet formal requirements. He is also the author and guide of the online course Education as a part of life.
