Who is the presenter?

Dalia Feldheim

Dalia Feldheim, founder of Flow Leadership Consultancy, draws on her extensive leadership experience and passion for empowering others to help organizations cultivate a more authentic, happier, and psychologically safer work culture. She shares her insights, successes, and struggles to help shape a new generation of leaders. She teaches the “science of happiness and resilience” at Singapore Management University and collaborates with leading tech companies to bring joy into the workplace. She is also an ICF-accredited coach, a qualified psychodynamic group therapist, and a yoga and meditation instructor. Her corporate programs include personal and group coaching as well as mindfulness exercises. Last but not least, Dalia is a passionate advocate for women and female leadership—encouraging women (and men) to lean into their feminine leadership qualities and dare to “lead (more) like a girl.”
