Who is the presenter?
Radvan Bahbouh
Radvan Bahbouh studied mathematical statistics and probability theory at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University, psychology at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, art therapy at the Faculty of Education, Charles University, and medicine at the 3rd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University. Since 1995, he has worked at the Department of Psychology, which he led from 2018 to 2021. Among other subjects, he was responsible for personality psychology, management psychology, and coaching psychology. He is the author of the sociomapping method, which enables the analysis, visualization, and improvement of communication within teams and organizations. This method is used in space research experiments, the military, and many companies worldwide. For applying sociomapping in the Czech Army, he received the Medal of Merit in 2019. In 1996, he founded a company (now QED GROUP a.s.) that offers psychological services to organizations and individuals. Among other things, it provides services in human resources development, individual and team coaching, management training, change programs, and organizational development. In 2019, this company was selected as the leading firm in communication and information technologies in the CZECH 100 BEST competition. He has long collaborated with senior executives of major companies, inspiring them with his insights to improve performance and leadership of their subordinates and teams. Besides participating in numerous psychological and psychiatric research projects, he has published books that make psychology accessible to a broader audience, such as The Story of the Lost Landscape, Reasonable Ela, The Story of Colors, and Sociomapping of Teams.
