This is what Pavel Křepelka, a member of the Red Button network, says about the book.

How only a few companies manage it... and why others don’t.
In Scaling Up, Harnish and his team share practical tools and techniques for building a company capable of dominating its industry. These approaches have been refined over more than three decades, supporting tens of thousands of CEOs and executives in managing the increasing complexity caused by company growth and dramatic market changes. This book is written so that everyone—from frontline employees to executives—can adapt and contribute to the development and growth of the company.
The goal of this book is to help you turn what feels like an “anchor holding you back” into a “tailwind” — creating a company where employees are satisfied and truly engaged; where customers help you with your marketing; and where everyone earns their fair share. To achieve this, Scaling Up focuses on four key decision areas every company must get right: people, strategy, execution, and cash. The book includes a range of new one-page tools, including an updated One-Page Strategic Plan and the Rockefeller Habits Checklist™, which more than 40,000 companies worldwide have used to successfully grow—from millions to billions in revenue.
