Who is Gabriela Končitíková?

Gabriela Končitíková is a project manager at the Nadace Tomáše Bati, a lecturer, and a writer of the Baťa philosophy legacy, author of the Inspirace Baťa project. She has been studying Baťa’s legacy for fourteen years and is the author of ten Baťa books. She has worked at Nadace Tomáše Bati since 2016, focusing her expertise on applying the Baťa management system to today’s business environment. Her lecturing activity is focused on specific parts of the Baťa management system, Baťa leadership, and the Baťa management system in general. Her latest book, titled Inspirace Baťa, offers readers a guide on how to start applying Baťa principles in their own lives.
