Petra Janková offers you inspiration from this book in today’s episode of the show Reading is changing. We believe the excerpt will convince you to read this book.
Who are the authors of the book?
Natalie Berg has long been involved in the retail sector as an analyst and founded NBK Retail, a company focused mainly on strategic management in retail and future trends. She is the author of many studies in the field of commerce, covering various topics such as customer loyalty, the “click& collect” service, and the differences between the physical and digital retail worlds.
Miya Knights has over 20 years of experience in retail as a researcher, journalist, consultant, and author. Together with Tim Mason, she co-authored the book Omnichannel retail, which could best be translated into Czech as “selling through many sales channels.” Miya began her career at the magazine “Retail Technology,” to which she contributed for more than 10 years and which she now owns and continues to publish in.
