Who is the presenter?
Natasha Swerdloff
With nearly thirty years of experience as a consultant, coach, speaker, and author, Natasha Swerdloff is a recognized expert in transformational change within corporate environments and individual lives. As a trained psychotherapist based in Denmark, Natasha has a unique ability to bring mental well-being into the professional sphere. Her path took a decisive turn in 2012 when she encountered the teachings of Sydney Banks known as the Three Principles. This completely transformed her understanding of the true source of happiness and mental well-being. She then intensified her work with CEOs and corporate leaders. The result of this collaboration is an impressive blend of well-being and enhanced capabilities that lead to higher productivity, better team collaboration, and greater mental resilience.
Natasha is also co-author of the influential book "Coming Home: Uncovering the Foundations of Mental Well-being," which has been translated into 11 languages including Czech. Based on her work and experience, she founded the Three Principles Institute in Denmark, aiming to equip a new generation of professionals with essential skills for mental health and resilience. Natasha believes that one of the greatest discoveries a person can make is that calm and happiness cannot be gained or lost due to external circumstances.
