Who is Petr Hora?

MUDr. Petr Hora, MBA worked after graduation at the Anesthesiology and Resuscitation Clinic of FN Plzeň and the Metabolic Intensive Care Unit of the I. Internal Clinic FN Plzeň, as well as a physician for the Air Rescue Service of the AČR Plzeň-Líně. In 2003, he had his first opportunity to get acquainted with a new field of medicine – predictive genomics and personalized medicine based on it. In 2007, together with his wife MUDr. Gabriela Horová, he founded the company medical beauty s.r.o., and just a year later, he launched the MEDICAL BEAUTY Clinic, where he is responsible for the activities of the 5P medicine Center.

Between 2009 and 2010, he collaborated intensively on the genomic project of the 5P medicine Center with Prof. Dr. Elena Baranova, MD, PhD., then an expert of the European Commission EU for the Genomics Development Project. Currently, he is working on new diagnostic procedures and the development of innovative genomic and personalized medicine profiles with Prof. Dr.med. Bernard Weber from the prestigious Luxembourg laboratory Reúnis.

Petr Hora is an active member of the World Society of Interdisciplinary of Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine, the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, the International Society of Microbiota, and several other societies. Based on presented results linking the gut microbiome and IgG food allergies, in 2019 he also became a member of the Scientific Council of the German company ImuPro. In cooperation with the LR-MDL laboratory, he is currently preparing new predictive genomics tests. The team of the 5P precision medicine Center at the MEDICAL BEAUTY Clinic, led by MUDr. Petr Hora, MBA, is currently focused on providing care based on comprehensive analytical profiles, including examinations of predictive genomics, gut microbiome, and food intolerances and allergies, supplemented by special laboratory tests including epigenomic ones.
