Dita Formánková: The role of a leader in the age of AI
If you stick to the key principles, it might actually work :-) In today’s episode of Agile talks, we want to share practical experience from Ataccama, a company that took a mix of different frameworks and created their own blend. Our guest will be Roman Pichlík, aka Dagi, who will describe their journey and map it (not only) to the Shape UP framework.
Why should you watch this episode?
- You’ll get inspired on how to take agility in your company to the next level.
- You’ll learn what worked well for Dagi at Ataccama and what challenges they faced.
Who is Roman Pichlík?
Roman Pichlík (aka Dagi) has been leading a 150+ member engineering team for two years at the Czech-Canadian tech company Ataccama, which builds a platform for automated data management using artificial intelligence. His main responsibility is the technological and organizational scaling of the development team to meet the company’s ambitious growth goals, as it plans to go public on the NASDAQ stock exchange in the near future. He is co-author of the product development methodology SpaceUP, inspired by the models of Spotify, Basecamp, and Pipedrive. Roman is a well-known figure in the Czech developer community, where he appears under the nickname “Dagi” as a blogger (dagblog.cz), speaker, and podcaster (CZ Podcast).
