Who is Luboš Malý?

I’m happy when a company runs like Swiss watchwork. That’s why I seek balance between processes, technologies, and especially people. I’ve held various roles at Procter & Gamble and LEGO—from production operations, through management and consulting, to leading global transformation projects. I enjoy connecting different fields, worlds of startups, nonprofits, and universities, and last but not least, the cultures I’ve encountered. I believe that improving company environments can improve society as a whole. That’s why I co-create the RedButton network and contribute both to its internal operations and its products and projects.
