Who is Roman Vaněk?

Roman Vaněk is the creator of the hugely popular shows Peklo na talíři, Jídlo s.r.o. and Rozum v troubě. Together with his wife Jana, he founded the Prague Culinary Institute (Prakul). His cookbooks are the bestselling books in this genre in the Czech Republic. Roman is also a passionate collector of menus and old cookbooks.
